The facilitator role exists to keep the community initiative organized, transparent, and accountable. Specifically, the facilitator:
- Maintains and updates the public information available on this site
- Coordinates with residents, businesses, and supporters of the initiative
- Tracks documented public actions related to fire service in San Tan Valley
- Serves as the primary point of contact for press, candidates, and elected officials
- Manages the network of additional supporters working alongside the initiative
